Privacy Policy

Storeline (“we”, “us”) provides tools for managing App Store and Google Play listings at storeline.dev. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and authentication identifiers, via Google sign-in or email-link sign-in (handled by Firebase Authentication).
- Content you create — workspaces, app metadata, translations, screenshots, templates, and sync history you store in Storeline.
- Store credentials you provide — App Store Connect keys, Google Play service accounts, and AI API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are only ever decrypted server-side to perform the actions you request. They are never shown back to a browser.
- Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To operate the service: storing your work and syncing to App Store Connect and Google Play on your instruction.
- To provide AI features: text you ask to translate and event copy you ask to illustrate is sent to Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini) using your own API keys.
- To bill subscriptions and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, team invitations).
We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firestore and Cloud Storage) and served through Cloudflare. Subprocessors: Google Cloud / Firebase, Cloudflare, Stripe, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), and Resend (email).
Retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; this permanently removes your workspaces, content, stored credentials, and account records. Deleted team data is purged within 30 days.
